Chiropractic

Chiropractors aim to help people function at their best, to help them move better and feel better, to be healthier.

Chiropractors focus on the detection and correction of abnormal spinal function and its subsequent effect on how the nervous system controls and coordinates the body. We use a range of gentle and manual techniques to achieve this and can be effective for people from all walks of life. Chiropractors provide patient-centred care and work in partnership with their patients to achieve the best possible results.

People often first see a chiropractor when experiencing:

  • Neck pain
  • Low back pain
  • Headaches
  • Postural concerns
  • The physical effects of stress
  • Pregnancy aches and pains
  • Dizziness

Ballarat and District Chiropractic Center has been serving the Ballarat community for more than 20 years.

Our PRactitioners

Kristian3

Dr Kristian Rodoni

Kristian was born in Ballarat, and after leaving to complete his studies, has come back to Ballarat to work in the place he loves best.

A particular interest of his is how stress affects the body and makes seemingly random symptoms like poor sleep, bloating, tight shoulders, hormonal issues and headaches often link together.

When he's not 'cracking people up' at work, Kristian enjoys long walks with the kids (even bringing them home sometimes), slaying virtual dragons and smashing out PB's at the gym.

Dr Rhiannon Ezard

Dr Rhiannon Ezard

After completing her schooling in Ballarat, Rhiannon returns after spending three years practicing in Melbourne. She recognizes that day-to-day stressors impact our body from functioning at it’s full potential and will work with patients of all ages to help them make better lifestyle choices, in order to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

With a particular interest in movement dysfunction and posture related issues, she is passionate about helping her patient’s move better so they can get through their day more easily.

Outside of work, Rhiannon’s other passions include keeping active and travelling. She is looking forward to integrating back into the Ballarat community.

Bridget (2)

Dr Bridget Rodoni

Bridget has been at Ballarat Chiropractic since 2013, with a couple of breaks to have her two beautiful kiddies.

Having been adjusted since she was a child, Bridget was always interested in how the simple changes made by an adjustment can have such a huge effect on how our bodies function.

With an interest in headaches, migraines, dizziness and postural related dysfunctions, Bridget enjoys working with her patients to achieve better quality of life living with these chronic conditions.

Amy

Amy Sell

Amy always wanted a career that would help people, and after great results being treated for migraines and scoliosis with massage, decided that earning her Diploma of Remedial Massage was the right move, and hasn't looked back.

After spending almost ten years living in Canada, Amy has spent the last few years working for a chiropractor in the Geelong region, but is very excited to be relocating to Ballarat. She finds it very important to provide a safe environment, ensuring clients know exactly what is going on, and working within their comfort level, whether that is a gentle touch or a firm elbow.

Nick

Nick Monckton

After working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for more than 10 years, Nick decided that it was time to add another string to his bow and study Remedial Massage.

Completing his Diploma in 2022 he is now looking forward to using his new skills to help his clients move better and live life pain free.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys training Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and binging a good TV series.
